Office 365 and Door Tablet on-premise
Door Tablet allows you to configure your system in a mixture of cloud and on-premise for Office 365 account holders. You opt for this configuration when the Door Tablet Cloud service is not available in your country.

All Door Tablet functions are supported in this configuration. Ask your administrator to provide you with:
- URL to your Office 365 instance
- Rooms addresses
- Administrator name and password with full rights to the above rooms
Option
You can enable Door Tablet to read your rooms from Exchange automatically. For this you will need to ask your Exchange administrator to create a room list group. This is an easy task but still optional.

Other Architectures
Microsoft Office 365
With an account on Office 365 you can create meeting rooms and connect to these rooms for the Door Tablet server. Any bookings made in Office 365 will be seen in Door Tablet and all functions performed on tablets will reflect in Office 365
Exchange Web Services
Door Tablet connect to Office 365 using the EWS facility to retrive room information, schedules and book reservations
Door Tablet Server
As Door Tablet connects to Microsoft Office 365 over HTTP/S you can host the Door Tablet server inside your firewall and manage it internally. You opt for this configuration if the Door Tablet Cloud service is not available in your country.
Door Tablet Clients
Use a variety of clients to connect to the Door Tablet Server. Use Android tablets, Apple iPads tablets or Microsoft Surface tablets. You can also use any modern browser on any display to connect as a client to the server. Use large TV screens to greet guests and display a room group schedule
Administration
Use a web browser to to administer the Door Tablet server, control tablet functionality and branding at room level and perform all admin functions
