Phantom Meetings

From Door Tablet V10.9 you can set words that will cause meetings not to show on end-points. The meetings will be in diaries but simply will not show on display devices, nor will these meetings contribute to Analytics.

Set-up phantom words
To set phantom words, open the system profile, add your phantom words, delimited by semi-colons. Phantom words adhere to a strict format but they may appear anywhere in the meeting subject. When booking a meeting from an end-point, phantom words will not be checked and the meeting will always show.


Word format
For security reason the format of the phantom words is strict:

  1. Length must be 8 chars
  2. First 4 chars are alpha chars
  3. Second 4 chars are numeric
